we diligently work our land to try and produce high yielding crops with full kernels. Whether you're working up the land, operating the combine, going on a parts run, or making that delicious supper in the field, everyone in our family plays an important role throughout the year to produce and harvest the best crop.

Once harvested, we bring it back to the farm to be milled. Using a hammer mill we mill the WHOLE KERNEL for fresh flour each week, not separating any contents of the kernel to contain all the original nutrition and goodness one expects from true whole grain flour. With NO added minerals, preservatives or additives, no bleaching and no blending, and once it has reached our desired fineness, the flour is packaged and ready to be delivered.
