Our multi-purpose flour is milled with #1 Canadian Western Red Spring Wheat that has been grown, milled, sifted, and packaged on our family farm.

Unlike other flours that are blended, enriched, and bleached, we mill our wheat with an impact mill that gets run through a series of sifters to retain its naturally derived nutrition while creating a flour with a wide range of baking possibilities. With a capacity to mill 2 tonne/hour, we are ready to fill your order!
