Our organic whole grain wheat flour is created using organic grain that is grown, milled, sifted, and packaged on our own family farm.

Unlike whole wheat flour that is blended and enriched, we mill the entire kernel to retain optimal, naturally derived nutrition resulting in a subtle taste of richness.

The fine texture of our flour — a special characteristic of our products — allows for a wide range of baking possibilities.
